At PAN Amsterdam, the discussion continued the Art Table symposium What do we bring to the table? to make the arts, as a fragile ecosystem, more resilient and adaptable. Tina Lenz shared her experiences with the participatory project Broodkunst in de Molenwijk at Werkplaats Molenwijk in collaboration with Framer Framed. Timo Dumollin reflected on the term ‘artist-driven’ and advocated for more structured involvement of artists within cultural institutions. Collectivity and artistic engagement are essential for a sustainable and inclusive cultural sector and require systemic changes in organizational structures and funding models.
